This unique Quebec-style sushi features smoked salmon and cream cheese, wrapped in nori with a hint of dill.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then let it cool.

    Fold the vinegar mixture into the cooled rice.

    On a bamboo mat, place a nori sheet and spread a layer of rice.
