☐1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60 g)
☐Salt and pepper, to taste
☐3 tbsp butter (45 g)
☐2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
☐Juice of 1 lemon
☐Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
